This wonderful new Organic Yirgacheffe comes to us from the 490 member Koke Cooperative in the Yirgacheffe sub-region of Gadeo. These small holder producers have an average farm size of 1 hectare and produce some of the world's greatest coffee. Recent changes in Ethiopian commodity laws have made it very difficult to source single cooperative coffees but we are glad to have this one on hand for you to enjoy. This is a new crop coffee that was sealed in GrainPro bags at origin to preserve freshness. Roasted with a light touch, this floral coffee boast classic Yirgacheffe citric notes of lemon, jasmine and fruit tea.
