Plowshares is proud to introduce Workforce Blend, a blend of sustainably produced Rainforest Alliance Certified and seasonally rotating small producer coffees.  Workforce Blend is roasted in a slower style to really bring out the natural sweetness of the coffees yielding a cup that is full bodied, sweet with rich, round deep flavors.  It is great for drip, press pot and espresso.

Through the sales of Workforce Blend, Plowshares is proud to be helping address issues of urban poverty and social justice in New York City by helping support the mission of Henry Street Settlement's Workforce Development Center.  The Workforce Development Center (WDC), located in the heart of New York City's Lower East Side, offers job training, placement and retention services for adults, out-of-school youth, public assistance recipients, and customized staffing services for small business owners.  Plowshares has committed to donate $1.00 from the sale of each retail bag and wholesale pound of Workforce Blend to the WDC.  We encourage you to make the switch to Workforce Blend so you can do your part to help the cause.
