Frankly, we were a little surprised by this coffee as we cupped several new arrivals from different regions within Guatemala, including several well known estates. We loved Los Volcanes sweetness and sparkling acidity combined with the rich flavors that high quality Antiguan coffees have been known for so we ran with Los Volcanes.
