Description

We welcome back this coffee once again to our spectacular lineup of Central American Coffees for 2022!
Named after their mother, La Lia is a micro-mill built in 2007 by Luis and his brother Oscar.  This particular lot comes from their Santa Rosa 1,900 farm named after the impressive altitude that this coffee is grown at.    Growing coffee at these altitudes result in slower ripening and a higher concentration of sugars.    This lot is a honey processed resulting in a very sweet cup with notes of brown sugar and almonds.
