Description
We purchased this small lot of Pink Bourbon from producer Alirio Muñoz Ortega through our importing partners at Osito Coffee. Alirio, along with his wife Anayibe and neighbors make up the Los Guacharos Collective in Bruselas Huila.
In an effort to embrace or more bio-dynamic form of agronomics, the collective has been moving away from away from tradition fertilizers and pesticides in an effort to prioritize sustainability on their farms. Alirio’s focus has been on specializing on more exotic cultivars including Pink Bourbon, Bourbon Aji, Chirroso and Sidra.
